Ted Frank has spent six years living his own special needs plan, and thus, deeply understands the needs of special needs parents. He knows both the huge benefits and the shortfalls of traditional plans and structures his to emphasize not just the needs and stability of the child, but also the needs and stability of the parents. To this end, he is currently earning certification as a Chartered Special Needs Planning Consultant from American University for Financial Services.

Bart literally wrote the book on the topic of special needs planning. He is both a Certified Legal Document Preparer (AzCLDP) and an Associate Member of the Arizona and Maricopa County Bar Associations, and is equally adept in California special needs law. Most importantly, the documents he’s prepared have passed Social Security and Medi-Cal muster hundreds, if not thousands, of times.
He is a renowned expert on special needs and has spoken at conferences for Autism Society of America National Conference, National Down Syndrome Society, National Spina Bifida Association, The Arc, the Epilepsy Foundation, World Congress on Disabilities, Learning Disabilities Association; and the AZ State University Special Ed Teachers Program
