  • A list of what calms and re-regulates your child quickly as well as how to build rapport
  • What your child is really like and what is important to him/her/them
  • Daily schedule, friends and activities enjoyed most
  • What your child eats and what should be avoided
  • Protocols of medicines and supplements
  • List of people who can help, including doctors, therapists and friends
  • What you’d like for your child’s future

LEGAL DOCUMENTS – a complete estate plan for you and your spouse and a trust for your child that can ensure they have the right people and resources in place for their life. Including:

  • Last will and testaments for you and your spouse
  • Family or living trust and certificate of trust
  • Special Needs Trust
  • Powers of attorney in case you or your spouse become incapacitated
  • Advanced health directive and HIPAA authorizations
  • Final wishes

FINANCIAL PLAN – a plan that not only considers your child’s future, but also your retirement, and takes advantage of tax-saving opportunities. Includes:

  • Up to three budget scenarios (typically live at home, group home, own residence)
